General Terms and Conditions:

All employees from CSC will, as a rule, wear safety footwear on all jobs. It is the client’s responsibility to inform CSC of further specific PPE requirements for the job at the time of booking, so this can be facilitated beforehand.

The client is responsible for instructing CSC’s employees on safety measures on the individual jobs.

The client is also responsible for providing instructions to CSC’s employees on the execution of tasks on the individual jobs.

To ensure flexibility on the individual jobs, the client is responsible for providing easy access to water, meals for longer jobs, and paid breaks.

For larger bookings, it is mandatory to include a crewboss to ensure smooth workflow and streamlined communication with the representative on site from the client.

If employees cannot keep personal belongings nearby during their work, a secure place must be provided where these items can be locked away or supervised.

CSC complies with all applicable Danish labor market regulations, including those concerning occupational health and safety, work permits, contractual conditions, and insurance. Clients agree to adhere to Danish law when engaging CSC and our crew.

By entering into an agreement to hire personnel from CSC, the customer simultaneously agrees not to directly hire CSC’s employees for other jobs. Any breach of this agreement may result in financial compensation claims from CSC.

Payment Terms:

It is the customer’s responsibility at the time of booking to inform CSC of any specific invoicing requirements, such as job numbers.

CSC operates with a standard payment term of net 8 days. Late payments may incur interest and administration fees.

Payments must be made individually for each invoice, and the invoice number must be included in the payment details.

If a quote exceeds DKK 30.000, half that amount is invoiced and to be paid before the beginning of the job.
